Obituary: LAWRENCE DAWSON (LARRY) BULLARD
Larry” Bullard, 78, of Wilmington died May 4, 2015 at home with his family.
Larry was a lifelong resident of Wilmington and the son of the late M. Eugene and Marguerite Jones Bullard.
Surviving are his wife of 55 years, Nancy Kelly Bullard; daughter, Catherine B. Morrison (Matthew); granddaughters, Samantha and Jaimeson Mull; son, Michael H. Bullard; sisters, Sandra Nichols (Robert) and Bonnie London; sister-in-law, Linda King (John) and many loved nieces and nephews and dear friends.
Larry was a graduate of NHHS, class of '54 and Duke University, class of ’58. His career included co-owner of the family owned business, Sunshine Laundry, Mortgage Loan Banking and most recently, he retired from Bullard & Shackleford Appraisal Firm.
An informal memorial service is planned for 11am, Saturday, May 9, 2015 at Oakdale Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Lower Cape Fear Hospice or American Cancer Society.
